Global Quality Home Services is a premier non-medical in-home care provider serving South Carolina. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (PRN) to conduct client visits, assess conditions, develop ADL plans, and evaluate caregiver performance across Dorchester, Berkeley, Orangeburg, Columbia, Beaufort, and Colleton counties.

The RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain medical records, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting ongoing education and professional

Qualifikationen

• Valid and current SC RN license.
• 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong clinical skills in health assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop ADL plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in evaluating caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting client visits, assessing client conditions and environments, developing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) plans based on client needs, and evaluating caregiver performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess their health conditions and living environments.

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop and implement ADL plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in evaluating and providing feedback to caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
