Job summary

Proactive MD seeks a dedicated RN to join our on-site wellness centers, delivering compassionate, patient-focused care as part of our Patient Promise. You will support providers, perform clinical tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a focused, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, medication reconciliation, counseling families, and adherence to OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• An active and in good standing Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient assessments, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures with appropriate medical equipment.
• Documents objective and subjective data and assessments in the patient record.
• Assists the providers in all aspects of the consultation, treatment, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Provides patient health counseling and instruction, including meeting with families and caregivers.
• Completes medication reconciliation, management, patient compliance, inventory, education.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.
• May triage calls for urgent appointments, referrals for patient consults and testing, insurance pre-certification, and documentation.

JOB SUMMARY

We Promise to fight for their greatest good.” The duties of this role will include performing clinical functions as directed by the provider in the clinic.
