Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN 12-hour day shifts in Arizona. The role combines clinical care with leadership duties, supervising staff, managing admissions and discharges, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active AZ RN license, have experience in geriatric or long-term care settings, and be willing to work PRN 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 1+ year experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Ability to work PRN, 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
• Willingness to learn Arizona Management System (AMS) processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and daily clinical operations.
• Conduct rounds to ensure quality of care and address patient needs.
• Provide direct patient care and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed.

Location: Arizona

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role offers the opportunity to take on both clinical and leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care for our Veteran/Member population while supporting nursing staff and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
