TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a long-term contract at the Arizona State Veteran Home in Tucson, AZ. Ideal candidates have geriatric and long-term care experience and excel in fast-paced environments.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, supervising staff, and maintaining clinical records. Candidates must have an active RN License and weekend availability, along with CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete nursing assessments and assist with MDS care planning.
• Monitor residents’ medical, physical, and psychological conditions.
• Participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary communication.
• Supervise and support CNAs and licensed staff as Charge RN.
• Assist residents with ADLs when necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
• Participate in staff development and in-service training programs.
• Utilize AMS concepts for process improvement.

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a long-term contract opportunity at the Arizona State Veteran Home in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for nurses with strong geriatric, long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment serving Veterans.

Schedule

12-hour DAY shifts: 6:00am – 6:30pm

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered within RN scope of practice

Complete nursing assessments and assist with MDS care planning

Monitor residents’ medical, physical, and psychological conditions

Participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary communication

Supervise and support CNAs and licensed staff when acting as Charge RN

Assist residents with ADLs when necessary

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records

Participate in staff development and in-service training programs

Utilize Arizona Management System (AMS) concepts for process improvement and problem-solving

Requirements

• Active RN License
