Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Day & Night Shifts

Location: Tucson, Arizona (Two Acute Care & Rehabilitation Hospital Locations)

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and flexible Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to pick up additional shifts each month while working in a dynamic acute care and rehabilitation hospital setting. PRN nurses will have the flexibility to select day or night shifts based on availability and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in both acute care and rehabilitation settings
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or a related setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule & Flexibility

PRN/as-needed position with flexible scheduling
