Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients\' homes across Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including day, evening, and night hours, with pay depending on schedule and experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.
