Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Roles available as full-time and part-time across day, evening, and night shifts; pay depends on schedule, experience, and patient needs.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting clinical data for ongoing patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where practice will occur.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.

Responsibilities:
