Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in a patient’s home in Metcalfe Co. Roles include full-time and part-time positions across day, evening, or night shifts.

Salary is $30–$37 per hour, with pay depending on schedule, experience, and patient requirements. Maxim offers weekly pay, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and an awards program.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where practice is required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
