Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Health Center in Elko, NV. The role supports our Primary Care service line with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, plus one weekend per month (Saturday-Sunday, 8:00am-2:00pm).

Responsibilities include nursing evaluations, patient care within scope, collaboration with physicians, administering medications, and maintaining records and equipment. Competitive benefits are offered to full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites.
• At least three years of RN experience in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care settings.

• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Elko, NV. This position will support our Primary Care service line. The scheduled hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday-Friday plus one weekend per month of Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-2:00pm. Great opportunity for work/life balance!

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice

• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
