Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring registered nurses for clinical roles. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care steps.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and ability to collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced hospital environment. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Florida).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $1,500 Relocation available for eligible candidates (see terms below)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
