Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluations for recipients and living donors.
• Manage post-transplant follow-up care for recipients and donors.
• Educate patients and donors on all aspects of the transplant process.
• Review diagnostic tests, laboratory results and clinical information for eligibility and board presentations.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and treatment plans.
• Triage calls and assist with medication management.
• Participate in on-call organ procurement and donor offer activities.
• Ensure compliance with UNOS, CMS, Joint Commission, and insurer requirements.
• Prepare quality improvement reports and support program administration.
• Attend transplant-related meetings and reviews.

What You Will Need

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• 3 to 5 years of nursing experience in hepatology, gastroenterology, ambulatory care, care coordination, or a related specialty strongly preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range: $39.48 - 65.14 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
