Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.
The Lung Transplant Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the lung transplant evaluation process for potential transplant candidates. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referring providers, multidisciplinary team members, and external healthcare organizations. The coordinator ensures timely completion of required testing, consultations, education, and regulatory documentation while promoting exceptional patient-centered care and compliance with transplant program standards.
Salary Range: $39.48 - 65.14 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
