Saint Luke's Health System in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse in LDRP to join our night shift team. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week and rotation of weekends and holidays.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and serve as a clinical resource for new staff. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delegating tasks, and leading within the unit.
Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
