Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in Missouri seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, delegate tasks, access hospital resources, and serve as a resource for new staff while demonstrating leadership within the unit. A minimum of 1 year of experience and active BLS/NRP credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) RQI certification.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) RQI certification.
• Missouri RN license (NURSYS) active.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
