Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (PRN) for the Post-Op unit in Mishawaka, IN. You will implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process while ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Indiana RN license, CPR within 60 days of hire, and at least 1 year of post-operative RN experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Indiana.
• Minimum 1 year post-operative RN experience.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: At least 1 year RN experience in Post Op required
