The Vineyards at Fowler is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will lead licensed nurses and CNAs, coordinate with physicians, and promote compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assessing residents, documenting care, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. A California RN license and leadership experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in California.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Assess residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Monitor medication administration and treatment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Investigate incidents and complete required documentation and follow-up.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Vineyards at Fowler is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift and Night Shift Opportunities Available

• Weekend Rotation as Needed
