The Vineyards at Fowler is seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care in Fowler, California.

The RN Supervisor will mentor staff, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor medication administration, participate in admissions and assessments, and collaborate with physicians and families in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in California.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Subacute preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs during shifts.
• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care per orders and plans.
• Assess residents and respond to status changes.
• Monitor medication administration and documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and assessments.
• Investigate incidents and complete required documentation.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Vineyards at Fowler is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift and Night Shift Opportunities Available

• Weekend Rotation as Needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants during assigned shifts.

• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Assess residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.

• Monitor medication administration and treatment documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident assessments.

• Investigate incidents and complete required documentation and follow-up.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
