Job Responsibilities
  • Perform care interventions including medication, specimens, and treatments.
  • Document patient care accurately.
  • Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and patient education.
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
  • Evaluate patient and family learning needs.
  • Advocate for patient well-being.
  • Care for surgical patients pre- and post-operation, including phases I, II, and extended care.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Current RN license in KY
Skills and Certifications

Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, and stress management skills. Certifications: BLS (within 10 days), ACLS and PALS (within 6 months). License: Kentucky RN license or Compact license.
