Clinical Specialist II for Synchronous Tufts Partnership - Remote

About the Job

The Clinical Specialist II is a key member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and supporting a world-class clinical experience. This role impacts Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the broader healthcare industry. The Specialist aims to improve participants' quality of life and wellbeing by providing effective clinical support, collaborating with operations to enhance process efficiency, and working with the clinical team to optimize care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide 30-37 hours of direct counseling care weekly, including collaborative note-taking during sessions.
  2. Develop treatment plans and maintain necessary documentation.
  3. Participate in treatment team meetings with clients and internal weekly team meetings.
  4. Advocate for Participants' clinical needs and liaise with Customer Success for participant satisfaction.
  5. Integrate successful models and evidence-based techniques to support participants.
  6. Assist in creating communication, outreach, and marketing materials for services, including conference presentations and networking events.
  7. Serve as the first point of contact for participant escalations and report unresolved issues to the Operations team.
  8. Stay informed about new developments in clinical care, including digital techniques.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (must practice independently).
  2. Knowledge of state telehealth policies.
  3. Comfort with technology and conducting telehealth sessions.
  4. Ability to build therapeutic relationships virtually and maintain a professional virtual presence.
  5. Experience treating various conditions as part of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary treatment plan.
  6. Proficiency with clinical and administrative technologies (scheduling, notes, chat, interventions).
  7. Ability to work remotely in a private, secure location with access to necessary devices and internet.
  8. Must pass a background check.
  9. Bilingual skills are a plus.
