Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Educates patients, families, and/or caregivers; identifies learning needs and resources.
• Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to manage clinical situations.
