ComForCare Home Care in the Somerville area is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assess health, create care plans, and advocate for clients in their own homes, including those with dementia and Parkinson’s. Travel across Somerset and northern Middlesex counties is required.
You will supervise CHHAs, coordinate with families and care teams, and document care using EMR tools. The role offers flexible scheduling and a strong support network within a nurse-owned agency.
Are you an RN feeling burnt-out by long shifts? Feeling as though you aren't really helping your patients as much as you'd like and would love to advocate more on their behalf, educate families, prevent hospitalizations and really improve outcomes? Would you enjoy some Administrative and Teaching opportunities? If you said yes to any or all of these questions....this is the job for you!
