Waverly Heights Ltd. in Gladwyne, PA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing and personal care settings.

This per-diem role requires a PA RN license and a commitment to teamwork and learning. Available shifts include 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm, and 10:45 pm to 7:15 am, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month and one holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania RN license is required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care.
• Ensuring delivery of quality services and programs to meet resident expectations.
• Effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members.
• Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely.
• Following procedures to ensure regulatory, safety, HIPAA and infection control requirements.
• Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are addressed with the care team.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans for best outcomes.
• Following all guidelines related to regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA and infection control requirements.
• Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department.

• managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care
• ensuring delivery of quality services and programs; to meet resident expectations
• effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed
• ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely
• following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA and infection control requirements
• advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicates and addressed with the care team
• collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes

Our Per-Diem Registered Nurses are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month and one holiday per year. Pennsylvania RN license is required.
