Aura Health in Festus, Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical and Women's Health. Qualifications

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a current RN license. One year of recent Med-Surg RN experience or two years in specialized areas. Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required based on specialty. Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, and maneuvering for extended periods.

Ideal Candidate

Flexible, responsible, and capable of quick adaptation to shift changes and cancellations. Epic experience is preferred.
