Health Here is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women’s Health using the nursing process.

You will assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, ensuring quality care and maintaining confidentiality while coordinating with other departments. Flexible day or night shifts are available with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license.
• BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on department.
• BLS certification is included among required credentials.

Role Overview

Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care across various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women’s Health. Responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance with standards. Flexibility in shift selection (day or night) with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license. One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for specialty areas like ED or ICU. Preferred BSN and Epic experience. Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required based on department.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks necessary for patient care.
