Job description

Role: Registered Nurse providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and quality care.

Responsibilities: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with departments, maintain professionalism, and adhere to organizational standards.

Shift & Schedule: Flexible PRN/Flex/Float positions with various shifts; no weekend or holiday commitments required.

Departments: Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, Medical-Surgical, Women's Health.

Locations: Multiple facilities across various regions.

Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited nursing program; RN license in the state or compact; minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience (2+ for specialty units).

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED; additional certifications may be needed.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform physical tasks.
