Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN to support ground transportation needs in the Seattle area. The role requires night shifts (3x12) and duties involve moving infants and children between hospitals to reach higher levels of care.

Must hold RN license with pediatric/neonatal transport experience and current BLS/NRP/PALS certifications. Start date ASAP; charge nurse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with pediatric and neonatal transport experience.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience in ground transportation; charge nurse experience preferred.
• Shift: Night 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00 with weekends every other weekend; no call.

Responsibilities

• Transport infants and pediatric patients between hospitals via ground transport in the Seattle area.
• Coordinate with the transport team (RT) and AP provider to ensure safe, timely transfers.
• Move patients to Swedish First Hill for higher level of care as needed.

Description: Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

Schedule: 3x12 Nights (1900-0700) Weekends: Every other weekend requirements No Call Required May float to cover as beside nurse in NICU, PICU, or Peds units

Role is for a Peds/Neonatal Transport RN supporting ground transportation needs in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities include working with the transportation team of RT and the advanced practice provider to transport infants and pediatric patients in surrounding hospitals, ERs, L&D/NICU and bring them to Swedish First Hill for a higher level of care. Must have experience in ground transportation. Charge nurse experience is preferred.
