Job Summary

This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18-year-olds. As a member of a fast‑paced, small team, you will build relationships with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Provider PALS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Pay Range

$48.85 - $89.91 per hour, may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
