Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Pediatric ER in the Washington, DC area. Multiple shifts available: day, night, and mid; job types include full time, part time, and per diem.

The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and preferred BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. 1+ years in pediatric/ER settings is preferred, with experience in pediatric equipment and procedures emphasized.

• Participate in code blues and other emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan

Preferred Responsibilities

• ADN or higher degree in nursing

• Treat pediatric patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients, including children and adolescents, and their families about the patient’s condition and care plan
