Job summary

Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our busy OR team. The RN must hold CA licensure and BLS, with 2+ years of trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or vascular case experience in a high-volume operating room.

Job description

The OR has 15 suites, including an intraoperative MRI performing vascular and neuro procedures. All ORs have Stryker integrated technology and all service lines have the latest technology. We perform approximately 700 cases a month and provide all operative services, except transplants.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
