Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PCU on full-time night shifts. You will care for patients with medical, surgical, or telemetry needs and coordinate with physicians and hospital teams.

Experience: 1–2 years in Cardiac or Telemetry and hospital settings; Education: ADN/BSN preferred; Licenses: BLS and RN required. A $3,750 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Baptist South is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for PCU Fulltime Nights. We are looking for an RN with experience including Med/Surg, PCU or Critical Care.

Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel; coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
*Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.
