TALENT Software Services is seeking a skilled nurse to join the Cardiac/Telemetry Intermediate Care Unit in Saint Paul, MN. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a cardiac/telemetry environment and active ACLS and BLS certifications.

First-time applicants are accepted, with every-other-weekend scheduling. Candidates should be comfortable with vasoactive IV drips, BiPAP, and post-op cardiac procedures, and must be willing to meet RTO restrictions and licensing

Job description

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• First-time applicants accepted
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Pending License: Accepted
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days

Special Requirements

• Competency with vasoactive IV drips, BiPAP, post-op CABG/valve replacements/thoracotomy, and endotool/insulin drips
• Experience with cardiac intermediate unit, post CV procedure patients, DKA/HHS, thoracotomy, cardio-renal syndrome, respiratory failure, arrhythmias, chest tubes, BiPAP, CPAP, AVAPS, heated high flow, and temporary pacers
