Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a demanding Progressive Care Unit. You will apply the nursing process and evidence-based practices to deliver safe, high-quality care to acutely ill patients.

In this role you will precept, participate in education and competency validation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to quality care.
