Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Denver seeks an RN to provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU setting, applying the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing wellness, safety, and quality of care while precepting new staff and embracing ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active and in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, valid through 60 days of employment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills with evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in ICU following AACN’s Synergy Model and standards.
• Participate in individualized education and competency validation with clinical educators.
• Contribute to patient safety, clinical excellence, and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of employment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
