This role ensures timely and appropriate patient placement by coordinating with nursing units, Administrative Nursing Supervisors, House Charge Nurses, and admitting departments. The patient placement registered nurse leverages data-driven insights and communication tools to maintain real-time awareness of hospital capacity, facilitating smooth transitions of care, and supporting operational excellence.
