Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes assessment, planning and coordinated care across units, ensuring safe transitions and high-quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license to practice at the assigned HMH location.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years or more months of relevant nursing experience.
• Associate degree in Nursing or diploma required; BSN in progress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to other care providers; validate and evaluate care.
• Document patient care and communicate changes in patient status to the team.
