Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse with a current NJ RN license and AHA BLS/CPR certification. The ideal candidate has six months of nursing experience or is actively participating in our Nurse Residency Program and demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and patient‑centered care.

The role requires the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and deliver the highest quality of care with a strong focus on patient outcomes and collaboration

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months or more nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participation.
