Landmark of Itasca is seeking a compassionate, skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. You will provide high-quality patient care, support patient-centered care, and collaborate to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents.

This role requires active engagement in assessments, care planning, and timely documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. You will contribute to quality improvement and work in a fast-paced, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois.
• Strong clinical skills and nursing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, treatments and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Monitor progress and escalate concerns as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to apply evidenced-based practices.
• Maintain accurate records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
