The role supports adherence to ANA standards and regulatory requirements, with credentialing in ALS and BLS, and RN licensure due within specified timeframes after hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold an AAS or RN Diploma at start date.
• BSN is preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse within 3 months (90 days) of hire date.
• ALS credential within 12 months of hire; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with patient/family and healthcare team to identify mutual goals.
• Diagnose, treat and evaluate response to health problems.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise the nursing plan as needed.
• Assess, monitor and prevent complications.
• Notify physician of patient condition and document responses.
• Ensure pain assessment, treatment, reassessment and documentation.
• Delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff according to clinical judgment.
