Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage in patient care using nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies; uphold ANA ethics and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain thorough and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs as required.
• Delegate appropriately to RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel.
