Qualifications

• Specialized diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness of diverse backgrounds and effective communication.
• Ability to convey information clearly to patients and families, and delegate appropriately.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Understanding of medication administration and post-discharge needs.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and clinical workflow.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• RN license in Pennsylvania is required.
