Job summary

Hebrew SeniorLife in Roslindale seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with MDs, NPs, social workers and therapists to meet each patient’s needs and support dignity and independence.

You will document care in EMR, participate in shared governance, mentor LPNs and aides, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Massachusetts license as an RN in good standing.
• Must be professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensures care delivered is within safe nursing practice and established standards.
• Collaborates with MD/NP, social worker, therapists, dietician to meet patient needs.
• Delivers care in a primary nursing model and maintains assigned patient accountability.
• Documents in the EMR and participates in quality data collection and performance improvement.
