Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN license in NJ.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and family involvement.

• Familiarity with health information documentation and discharge planning.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to plan and provide individualized patient care.

• Monitor outcomes, mitigate risks, and participate in quality improvement.
