Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with RN licensure in Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification; ACLS and PALS or NRP as required by department.
• BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients following facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply Patient Centered Care principles to all nursing actions.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
