Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing degree required.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within three years of hire.
• Current RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire, BLS/CPR within 60 days.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency with HMH.
• Ability to learn quickly, accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, patient-focused.</br>National certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards and policies.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care among patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Document patient care and treatment plans using electronic health records.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
