Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation per patient care plans.
• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Performs age- and disease-specific assessments and data collection.
• Develops and coordinates care plans with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Documents patient status and care actions; communicates with team.
