The Registered Nurse will provide care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, collaborate in a team, and participate in the Nurse Residency Program for new grads. Opportunities emphasize evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.
• Graduate from school of nursing with eligibility for licensure as an RN in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and ensures patient safety.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborates with patient and family to develop a care plan including physical, spiritual and educational components.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
• Maintains accurate documentation of assessments, interventions and outcomes.
