Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s condition at admission and during each shift, noting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and care as ordered by the physician, with accurate documentation.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond promptly to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up actions, translating medical terms when needed.
