St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute-care setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to support optimal outcomes, using established nursing models.

This role emphasizes patient education, pain management, and proactive communication; mentorship and education resources are available, and there is no travel.

Qualifications

• RN license required within state of Texas or compact licensure.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as per unit requirements.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in acute care.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain and comfort.
• Perform and document nursing care per physician orders.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests.
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
