MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is seeking Registered Nurses for non-MAGNET facilities to provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and minimum one year RN experience required.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Deliver age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with MUSC standards of care and practice.
• Provide patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and environmental needs.
• Participate in shared governance, uphold standards of care, and promote professional growth.
