Job summary

Jefferson Health in Abington, PA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patients and partners, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs in a diverse setting.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, educate patients and families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while maintaining culturally respectful care. A PA RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication, partnership with patients and families, and delegation.
• RN license valid in Pennsylvania.
